Four decades of excellence, compassion, and community service
Established in 1979 by Dr. Tommy Harrison and Dr. Gary Garrison at Fry Rd. & I-10, our practice has deep roots in the Katy community. We relocated to our modern Kingsland Blvd. facility in 2005 to better serve our growing patient family.
Dr. Garrett Bethke, a former patient who grew up in Katy, joined the practice in 2005 and acquired Dr. Garrison's half in 2007, forming Harrison & Bethke Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. This transition represents our commitment to continuity of care and maintaining the trust that generations of families have placed in us.

Dr. Garrett Bethke, DDS
Dr. Garrett Bethke grew up in the Katy area and attended Taylor High School, where he was active in several sports and served as President of the National Honor Society. He accepted an athletic scholarship to play football at the University of Missouri at Rolla, where he graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor of science in Biological Science.
After finishing college, Dr. Bethke returned to Katy and spent the next year learning from the expertise of Dr. Harrison, Dr. Garrison, Dr. Wells, and Dr. Corredor, while helping as a chairside assistant. He then attended the Dental School at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
In 2007, Dr. Bethke fulfilled his dream of owning his own dental practice. He married Lane Cobden, also a Taylor high school graduate and longtime Katy resident. The Bethkes now reside in Seven Meadows with their daughters Cambry and Sadie Grace, and their dog Roxie.
Dr. Charleston Espanol, DDS
Dr. Charleston Espanol is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Neurobiology and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. He is a passionate young man, raised in a family of healthcare professionals following in his father's footsteps, who was a physician in the Philippines.
Dr. Espanol was drawn to dentistry due to his artistic and detail-oriented clinical skills, with experience in comprehensive treatments involving restorations, dentures, root canal treatments, surgical extractions, and clear tray alignments. His approach is to treat patients as a whole, hoping to make a direct impact on people's lives, one smile at a time.
In his spare time, Dr. Espanol loves to go on adventures in new places, meeting new people, and learning about other cultures. When he is home, you can find him with his friends fishing at the bayou or chipping it on the green.
Dr. Morgan Worley, DDS
Dr. Morgan Worley grew up in Longview, TX, where she played soccer for her high school team, the Longview Lobos. After high school, she moved to Denton, TX where she attended the University of North Texas, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She then attended dental school at Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Worley enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially getting to talk with patients and help them achieve their perfect smile. Her approach combines technical expertise with genuine care for each patient's comfort and well-being.
In her free time, Dr. Worley's favorite thing to do is hang out with her 3 dogs, Marley, Shiloh, and Stoney. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and eating, bringing the same attention to detail and passion to her hobbies as she does to her dental practice.

Nydia
Nydia is our office manager and has been with us for over 15 years. She is dedicated to making your experience at our office seamless and enjoyable. She began as Dr. Harrison's dental assistant, so she knows the ins and outs of the practice.
Outside of work, Nydia enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and watching movies.
Lisa
Lisa is a dedicated Front Office Administrator who ensures our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all our patients from the moment they walk through the door.
Melissa
Melissa is our bilingual Billing Coordinator, dedicated to helping patients navigate their dental insurance benefits. Originally from Los Angeles but a lifelong Houston resident, she loves traveling, trying new places, and spending quality time with her husband and children.
Viola
Viola is a dedicated Dental Receptionist who ensures our front office runs smoothly and efficiently. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all our patients from the moment they walk through the door.
Gina
Gina is part of our care team and helps create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient who visits our office.
Felisha
Felisha is a caring and skilled dental hygienist who helps patients feel comfortable while achieving their oral health goals. She enjoys building lasting relationships and creating a positive dental experience. A Texas Woman's University graduate, Felisha moved to Katy from Dallas with her husband.
Outside the office, she stays active with her two kids, Eli and Ember, and their two dogs. She's a proud baseball mom and loyal Astros fan.
Kristen
Kristen is a dedicated dental hygienist who loves meeting new people and seeing the positive impact of better oral health. Originally from Victoria, Texas, she moved to Houston after graduating from Coastal Bend College in 2015.
Kristen believes in treating every patient the way she would want to be treated, offering reassurance and care. Outside work, she enjoys tending to her houseplants, exploring National Parks, and spending time with her miniature dachshunds.

Kai
Kai graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in May of 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. She has been with Harrison and Bethke since 2014.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling around the world and discovering new restaurants with her family and friends. Kai is also fluent in Chinese.
Cara
Cara is a Registered Dental Hygienist originally from Iowa. She is passionate about educating patients and improving their dental health with a kind and understanding approach. In her free time, Cara enjoys cheering on her three boys at the baseball field and rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals.
Shannon
Shannon is a skilled Dental Hygienist who received her training at UT Dental Branch Houston. She loves building lasting relationships with her patients and easing their dental anxieties. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys traveling with her family, skiing, visiting Disney, and relaxing with her daughter.

Yany is part of our care team and helps create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient who visits our office.
Alicia
Alicia is an essential member of our care team, providing chairside assistance and helping ensure your appointments run smoothly and comfortably.
Ray
Ray is a highly attentive Dental Assistant originally from Mexico City. He is passionate about combining technical skills with compassionate patient care to ensure a comfortable experience. Outside the clinic, Ray loves traveling the world with his wife of 25 years and taking care of his home.
Charmaine
Charmaine is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant who ensures our patients receive the highest quality of care. She is passionate about assisting our dental team and creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for all our patients during their visits.
Sony
Sony, a Registered Dental Assistant originally from Peru, moved to Katy to join a family-oriented community. A proud 9-year breast cancer survivor, she is dedicated to ensuring patients feel comfortable and fearless during their visits. Outside the office, Sony enjoys Pilates, Peruvian food, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Karee
Karee is a Registered Dental Assistant from Houston, TX, who takes pride in helping patients maintain beautiful smiles. When she's not at the office, Karee loves relaxing on the beach or by a fire, and spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dogs.
Rebecca
Rebecca is a Dental Assistant from Highlands, TX, who loves engaging with patients and learning something new every day. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, volunteering at the local animal shelter, and spending time with her five granddaughters and three fur babies.
